We are seeking a mission-driven Human Resources Manager to support our growing organization.Job SummaryThe Human Resources Manager supports daily HR and administrative operations across the agency. This role leads recruitment onboarding personnel file management benefits administration and HR compliance. The position works closely with leadership and supervises the Administrative Assistant.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment including posting screening interviewing reference checks and offersImprove and manage onboarding and orientation processesMaintain HR files personnel records and required documentationSupport employee relations and conflict resolutionAdminister compensation benefits and leave programsServe as payroll/timekeeping system administratorAddress staff and applicant HR questionsEnsure compliance with federal and state employment lawsAssist with HR policy updates and developmentPartner with Finance on reporting invoices expenses and payroll materialsOversee daily administrative operationsCoordinate vendor agreements with OperationsMaintain website job postingsComplete HR reporting data collection and metrics trackingSupport HR training developmentPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsFive (5) years of experience in HR or office operations (nonprofit experience preferred)Associate or Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to maintain healthy emotional physical and professional boundariesProficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and AdobeComfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environmentSkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrategic thinking and sound judgmentStrong time-management and prioritization skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OSWork EnvironmentModerate noise levelPossible exposure to communicable diseases when working with participants or partnersReasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilitiesHow to ApplySubmit your résumé and cover letter to ; Applications will be reviewed as received.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Employee Relations,Succession Planning,Employee Evaluation,Human Resources Management,Lean,Lean Management,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Payroll,Employment & Labor Law,Human Resources,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
