Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment fleet management solutions warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime anywhere.Job Posting External Regional Human Resources Manager - Northern California and NevadaHome Branch Location:Hayward CA or West Sacramento CAJob Responsibilities:Responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function for multiple corporate retail locations in and around the Northeast region.Manage all employee relations activities and the fair and consistent application of all corporate local state and federal policies. Maintain the awareness and compliance of all current and emerging labor law activity.Develop recruiting and retention strategies to facilitate Crowns continued growth. Will also have responsibility for the overall screening and selection processes at these locations.Oversee and facilitate a variety of corporate training activities.Frequent travel to other Crown locations within Region in support of these responsibilities.Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess a four (4) year degree preferably in Human Resources with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience and excellent communication and interpersonal addition a valid drivers license and an ability to frequently travel is required.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
