Starting Comp: $102,000.00Hiring Bonus: $10,000.00This is a full-time onsite position offering flexibility to work from our corporate office in West Sacramento, CA, with regular travel to our Woodland, CA Manufacturing Plant, OR the option to be based full-time at the Woodland Plant.HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues; successful team member acts as an employee champion and change agent. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.Serve as the first point of contact for all union and non-union related issues, and HR related questions/concerns for the manufacturing plants.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Consult with supervisors/management, provide HR guidance when appropriate. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective and objective investigations.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Other duties as assigned.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.4+ years of Human Resources experience.Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices, talent acquisition, and compensation strategy, with the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.Change agent with excellent interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive continuous improvement and results.Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience utilizing HRMS.Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).Core ValuesDetermination: Meet challenges head on!Innovation: Always look for better!Well-Being: Seek the success, health and happiness of all!BenefitsCompetitive compensation, being paid on a weekly basis.Health, Dental and Vision Insurance with the options of using Kaiser and VSP for vision!Medical FSADependent Care FSAEmployer paid life insurance paid by Clark PacificVoluntary Ancillary Benefits such as Critical Illness, Accident Insurance and Whole life insurance.401k matching 100% of the first 3%, then 50% of the next 2%Onsite gym*Benefits will be subject to a waiting period*Interested?
