Classification: Part Time

Rate of Pay: Starting at $14.00 / hour + based on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:

Make lasting connections with our customers

Ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner

Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting – up to 50lbs)

Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full

Prepare food products, including hot, cold and ready-to-go items

Problem solves customer questions and/or concerns (you many need to call a manager)

Help maintain a clean and safe store

Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome store

Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

FREQUENT:

Physical:

lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds

walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting

Equipment operation:

scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, box cutter, compactor, baler, paging system, pallet jack, chicken fryer, hot case, pizza oven, coffee pot, dishwasher, slicer, knives, steamer and kitchen utensils

Mental:

judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math

OCCASIONAL:

Physical:

lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

**FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift

**OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
