Responsibilities:
- Be a Team Player with a winning attitude
- Troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment with a professional approach. NO PARTS CHANGERS!
- Troubleshoot and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and find work found on PM
- Respond to emergency service request
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage inventory in service van and maintain a clean organized truck
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Energetic and Passionate about your career. We aren't looking for people who want a J.O.B!
- Willing to join the emergency call rotation. Approximately 1 week per month
- Work with the Project's team on commercial start-up to ensure proper operation of equipment
- OUTSTANDING TEAM PLAY EXCITED TO GROW THEIR CAREER!
- 3 years experience in Commercial and Residential HVAC/R service
- 3 years experience in Commercial Refrigeration
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- EPA Universal Required
- Clean DMV Required
- Willing to take a Drug Test and Background Check
- On-call rotation is required- approximately 1 week per month
