HVAC Commercial Technician at Corridor Services LLC

Corridor Services has an opening for a Commercial HVAC Tech to join our team! Candidate will install, service, maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Must have package units, split systems and Mini Split system experience. Chilled water and low pressure boilers is a plus. Building automation is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Remove and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and service requests.
• Adhere to company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Complete service orders and inspection sheets and provide written correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of 5 yrs. Commercial A/C and Heating repair and installation.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, piping and duct work prints and as built prints.
• Ability to handle physical workload. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
• Must have valid drivers license, pass a background check and drug screen.
• TDLR Technician Card and CFC certification required.
