Senior HVAC & Electrical Service Technician - 10% Commission + 100% Paid Benefits
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (South Hills Focus)
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00+ per hour (Based on Pay Bands) + Uncapped Commission

What We're Looking For (Level 04 Criteria):
Expert Diagnosticians: You can handle complex systems, boilers, and difficult service calls that leave other techs scratching their heads.
Revenue Leaders: You naturally drive system replacement recommendations because you know when a unit is beyond its life, not because you have a quota.
Mentors: You are willing to assist in training our Junior Techs (Level 01-02) to maintain our high standards.
Credentials: EPA Universal Certification required. NATE or specialized Boiler certifications are a major plus (and we will pay for you to get more).
