Is seeking a

HVAC In-House Maintenance Technician

We are looking for anin-house Preventative Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operating needs of the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures of processing equipment, air conditioning & heating equipment - including the changing of filters and cleaning of condensers and coils. May also include basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoots, resolves and repairs basic issues with various processing equipment.
• Daily maintenance of processing equipment to ensure they are in working order when production begins, also responsible for refrigeration maintenance.
• Always maintain strong customer relations and thorough communication with department management and warehouse personnel.
• Will need to attend training on new equipment, be on call for warehouse needs which may require after hours emergency work
• Any other needs deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License (required)
• US work authorization (required)
• Drug screening (required)
• EPA certification (preferred)
