Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join a growing team serving residential and commercial customers. This position involves installing, maintaining, and assisting with heating and cooling systems while working with plumbing and electrical components. Candidates with HVAC or plumbing experience are encouraged to apply, as cross-training opportunities are available in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assist with HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Work with heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment
• Utilize gauges, meters, and HVAC diagnostic tools
• Assist with plumbing and electrical components associated with installations
• Perform equipment testing and system checks
• Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Provide professional service at customer locations

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred OR 1-3 years of plumbing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn additional trades
• Clean MVR required for operating company vehicles
• Experience using HVAC tools, gauges, and meters preferred
• Ability to work in residential and commercial environments
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work in varying conditions
