Lead HVAC Installer (Residential)
$25-$60/hr. + Sign-On Bonus + 401k + Profit Sharing
We're not looking for average installers.
Clean, efficient installs-done right the first time.

Performance-Based Raises (First 90 Days):
Prove your skill, leadership, and work ethic-and you won't be stuck waiting a year for a raise.
We evaluate performance within your first 90 days and reward those who deliver.
Responsibilities:
• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Oversee and develop install helpers to ensure quality and efficiency
• Read and interpret job specs, layouts, and system requirements
• Perform clean, code-compliant installs (ductwork, equipment, piping, wiring, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and solve issues in the field without constant supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners when needed (no sales pressure-just honesty)
• Ensure every install meets our standards-not just "good enough"
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Ability to run a job independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, high-quality work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in typical field conditions
• EPA certification (required)
