Some eligibility required (Driver's License, taking the truck home, etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Self-starter and effectively install equipment from start to finish in both residential and commercial establishments
• Properly fill out paperwork following Summit's installation process
• Inventory install to job cost Understanding of installing communicating equipment
• Effectively explain to customers how to operate the new system
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Keep and maintain inventory in your company service truck
• Keep truck, tools, and supplies organized
• Be on-call rotation with other technicians for after-hours calls (position specific)

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Past experience as an HVAC installer or comparable education
• Highschool Education or Beyond
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in attic spaces/crawl spaces, and lift 40 pounds, etc.
• Need to be personable with the willingness to learn and grow
• Team player with positive attitude
