Join our team of experienced professionals committed to helping students achieve their dreams.Position Summary:Stautzenberger College is seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Instructor to join our faculty. This individual will teach Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) courses as part of our technical education curriculum.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices.Teach both classroom and lab-based courses following an established curriculum.Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.Support a diverse student population with varying academic and technical skill levels.Stay current with industry trends and technology to enhance course content.Collaborate with program faculty and staff to ensure student and program success.Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.Qualifications:Associate degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field OR significant industry experience with professional certifications is required.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings is required EPA Section 608 Certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.Work Schedule:Flexible, may include daytime and/or evening courses depending on department needs.JOIN OUR MISSIONAt Stautzenberger College you'll transform your industry expertise into educational impact.
