Atlas Heating & Air is seeking one HVAC Journeyman and one HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. These roles support the installation of HVAC systems across residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on sheet metal and equipment installation for commercial jobs.

Ideal candidates are motivated, mechanically inclined, and eager to contribute to high quality, efficient installations while learning from experienced professionals. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments
• Assist with sheet metal installation and equipment placement on commercial projects
• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain professional communication with customers, team members, and project partners
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry level experience in HVAC
• Previous experience as an HVAC Journeyman or Apprentice
• Understanding of HVAC installation procedures and mechanical terminology
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and submittals
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast paced environment
• Effective time management and reliability
