HVAC Lead Installer at Pilot Air
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pilot Air is Looking for HVAC lead installer with experience and knowledge in residential and light commercial installation. Must be able to lead a crew and manage install jobs as assigned. Must have an adequate knowledge of local codes and be able to delegate responsibilities to helpers in order to ensure that Jobs are completed efficiently, within the proper guidelines and with a neat and professional look. Pay will be determined based on experience and performance. Job includes incentive program.
Required Qualifications:
2+ year of HVAC experience, ideally within the residential market, showcasing hands-on technical skills.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
Critical thinking skills.
Demonstration of a proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Prioritization of exceptional customer service and effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
Capability of interacting professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Being flexible and innovative, thriving in dynamic environments and collaborating well with others
The physical requirements of this job include:
Heavy lifting
Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
Ability to drive.
Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.
Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.
