Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
Job description:
Lead HVAC Installer

Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations (split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, etc.)
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to code
- Communicate with customers to ensure a great experience
- Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism
- Coordinate with dispatch and management on job progress
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday (Some Saturdays during busy season)
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential)
- Proven ability to lead install jobs from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/outdoor conditions
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
