Lead HVAC Installer

Titan Heating & AC is a growing residential HVAC company serving Snohomish County, King County, and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We specialize in high quality furnace, heat pump, AC, and mini split installations with a strong focus on clean workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their installs, can lead projects independently, and wants to grow with a company long term.

Responsibilities:
• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini splits, and ductwork
• Complete retrofit and change out installations
• Perform system startups and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure all work meets local code and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Train and guide install helpers when needed

Qualifications:
• 4+ years residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Washington State 06A HVAC/Refrigeration Electrical License preferred
• Experience with heat pumps, inverter systems, and duct modifications
• Strong understanding of airflow, static pressure, and install best practices
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay:
$45 to $60+ per hour DOE

Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime available
