Job Description Job Description Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client is seeking a HVAC / Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for performing HVAC service and preventive maintenance, as well as general facility maintenance and repair tasks throughout different locations.
Summary
Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
Pay: $23 - $27/ hour depending on experience plus mileage reimbursement.

HVAC / Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
HVAC Duties
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, and cooling towers
- Inspect and ensure proper operation of all HVAC equipment
- Adjust and replace thermostats
- Clean condenser coils
- Replace air filters
- Adjust dampers and diffusers for proper airflow
- Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and ceiling tiles
- Perform minor plumbing repairs (clogged toilets/sinks, fixture repairs, hot water tank maintenance)
- Complete light electrical repairs
- Adjust door closures and hardware
- Install locks and replace keys as needed
- Perform basic parking lot and exterior repairs
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
HVAC / Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Ability to diagnose HVAC and split systems
- Experience using gauges to check pressures
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have a vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
