Job DescriptionThe HVAC Project Manager/Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Lead will be joining a well-established commercial HVAC contractor with over 50 years in the industry and now entering a modern growth phase.An ideal HVAC Project Manager/Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Lead will be a tech-forward HVAC Project Manager to oversee 515 commercial construction projects ranging from $50K$2M.The HVAC Project Manager/Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Lead will be supporting the companys transition into its next era of operational excellence.Salary & Location:Location: Miami FLSalary: $100000 to start performance-based growthHVAC Project Manager/Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Lead Responsibilities:Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneouslyLead scheduling field operations subcontractor coordination and GC communicationsOversee submittals and manage outsourced shop drawingsHandle procurement processes safety collaboration and project closeoutDrive projects to stay under budget while improving overall profitabilitySupport estimating activities as neededHVAC Project Manager/Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Lead Requirements:5 years experience as a Commercial HVAC Project ManagerStrong technical understanding of ductwork piping controls and full MEP coordinationTech-savvy mindset and ability to work within GC platforms such as ProCoreRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Client Servicing,Business Administration,Account Management,Construction Equipment,Blogging Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
