We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Lead Service Technician to help build and support a strong technician force in the Southern Mississippi and Eastern Louisiana areas. This role is ideal for a skilled technician and field leader who understands the demands of servicing multi-site retail, convenience store, and commercial customers.

At ICS, our technicians are supported by a strong centralized operations team, including dispatching, purchasing, quoting, and billing, allowing the field team to focus on delivering quality service and taking care of the customer.

The Lead Service Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality HVAC/R service work while also helping develop, mentor, and support additional technicians in the market.

Responsibilities include:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment

Support multi-site retail and convenience store accounts

Lead by example in safety, quality, communication, and customer service

Help train, mentor, and develop field technicians

Assist with building a reliable local service team in the Albuquerque market

Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management

Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

Support emergency service needs as required

Ideal candidate will have:

Strong commercial HVAC/R service experience

Experience with refrigeration, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs, split systems, and related equipment

Prior lead technician, field supervisor, or mentoring experience preferred

Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions

Strong customer service skills

EPA certification required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
