Residential HVAC Installation Professional $2000 Signing Bonus

$30-$50/hr + Commission Top Installers Earn $100k+

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Specialists who is confident in installations of replacement systems. If you're currently working somewhere but looking for better pay, stronger support, and a company that respects technicians, we'd like to talk.

What We Offer

• $30-$50/hour depending on experience
• Commission on Replacement systems installations
• Top Lead Installers earn $80k - $120k annually

Responsibilities

• Installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Confident is installations of split systems, package units, heat pumps and duct work
• Work well with an installation team
• Follow installation check lists and photograph your amazing work
• Maintain strong customer relationships and professional service

What We're Looking For

• 3 years residential HVAC Installation experience
• Experience residential system replacements
• Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams and troubleshoot proper installations
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and professional attitude
