We are looking for a technician who can fix problems, not sell services.Duties and Responsibilities:• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed• Ensure all service work meets safety and quality standards• Communicate clearly with customers and team members• Assist with scheduling or workflow coordination when necessarySkills and Experience:• 5+ years of HVAC service experience• EPA Certification and valid HVAC license• Strong skills in system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation• A reliable, solutions-focused approach and leadership potentialCompensation:• Pay range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hourBenefits:• Company-provided 4X4 truck• Health insurance• Paid time off• Retirement plan• Professional development support• Very minimal on-call requirements – nights and weekends free• A small shop that genuinely values work/life balanceAdditional Details:• Full-time, in-person position• Must meet company insurability requirements• 06A electrical license is a plus
