Competitive Pay DOE 401k with a 3% match Generous PTO + paid holidays Comprehensive Benefits Package Weekly Pay Excellent Tenure Job Details As a Service Coordinator on our team, you will be responsible for supporting daily service operations by coordinating scheduling, workflow priorities, and cross-functional communication, while also stepping in for dispatch coverage as needed and driving process improvements. You will manage preventative maintenance programs end-to-end-from planning and parts coordination to technician collaboration and customer-ready repair quotes. MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience in the mechanical construction or mechanical HVAC space 1+ years of experience coordinating dispatch and service team members Experience managing full lifecycle PM contracts, including scheduling, customer communication, and parts procurement Strong sense of organization, communication, and responsiveness.
