HVAC Service Manager at S3
JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking a HVAC Service manager for work mainly in the Dunn, Lillington area.
Main duties:
-Leading technicians, ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while driving customer satisfaction and profitability.
-Scheduling, dispatching, quality control, inventory, quoting jobs, and training staff on new tech/safety.
-Managing budgets, and serving as a liaison between technicians, customers, and management for all service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise HVAC technicians; conduct performance reviews, set goals, and ensure ongoing skill development.
-Operations Management: Schedule and dispatch service calls, manage workload, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
-Customer Relations: Serve as a primary contact for clients, provide project updates, handle complaints, and build customer loyalty.
-Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, review work for quality and safety, and ensure compliance with standards.
-Financial & Administrative: Prepare quotes, manage budgets, approve timesheets, track inventory, and oversee billing processes.
-Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all technicians hold current licenses and certifications.
