What the job looks like: You'll run residential HVAC service calls in Hendersonville and the surrounding Nashville suburbs - diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for homeowners. We keep your schedule full so you focus on the work, not hunting for leads. Our CSR team handles booking and follow-up. You show up, do great work, and go home.

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers)
• Perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance
• Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners
• Represent the Mr. Handyman brand with professionalism

What we need from you:

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid Tennessee driver's license, clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good customer communication
• HVAC/R license or ability to obtain preferred
