The HVAC Service Technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems as part of a small dedicated team. The role requires hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. The technician will be on call every other weekend and must work well collaboratively while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial systems
• Test equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Replace parts as needed to maintain system performance
• Interact professionally with customers and address service concerns
• Maintain clear communication within the small team to coordinate tasks
• Be available on call every other weekend

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
