Job Responsibilities

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

- Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions.

- Install new HVAC systems and components as per manufacturer specifications.

- Inspect and test HVAC system components for efficiency and safety.

- Provide clear and detailed reports on service performed and any additional recommendations.

- Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service, including explaining technical issues to clients in an understandable manner.

- Maintain inventory of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology and service techniques.

- Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices, as needed.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA Certification)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments

- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations

- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Pay Range: 25-30/Hour plus commissions



Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage
