Performance Pay. No Cap. Write Your Own W2. $25-$30/hour

Advantage HPE is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who knows how to run calls, solve problems, and make money.

We need somebody who shows up ready to work, takes care of customers, and can handle service calls the right way. If you've got the skills, the work ethic, and the drive to produce, this is a place where you can do well.

Service area: FWB to Panama City, FL

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems
• Run service calls and deliver quality work in the field
• Talk with customers about issues, solutions, and recommendations
• Work independently and with the team to complete jobs on time
• Use ServiceTitan daily, or be willing to learn and execute in it
• Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times
• Keep a professional appearance and represent the company well

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Experience servicing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed
• Pride in your work, quality craftsmanship, and team mindset
• Must be able to pass a background check
