Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Follow company safety standards and industry best practices
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and split systems
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Residential service experience - install experience a plus
NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
Experience with indoor air quality products and accessories
Ability to present repair and replacement options to homeowners
Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems
