• Install new HVAC equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
• Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
• Participate in the technician on call rotation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
