We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Installation Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Commercial and Residential service and maintenance work. What You'll Do

• Full-Cycle Installation: Lead the installation of residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Precision Work: Execute brazing, wiring, and commissioning of systems to ensure peak performance and 100% code compliance.
• Customer Education: Guide clients through their new system's features, ensuring they are comfortable and satisfied before you leave the site.
• Mentorship: Serve as a technical resource for junior team members, maintaining our standard of excellence on every job.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC service (Required).
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of refrigerant cycles, electrical schematics, and airflow/static pressure.
• License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Tools: Must have a full set of personal hand tools (larger equipment provided by the company).
