Requirements

Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience required

EPA Certification required

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Experience servicing:

Furnaces

Heat Pumps

Split Systems

Air Conditioners

Mini Splits

Residential HVAC systems

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying conditions

Preferred Qualifications

Light commercial experience

NATE Certification

Experience with airflow diagnostics and refrigerant charging

Strong customer education and communication skills
