Responsibilities: What Will I Do? Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.Communicate clearly with clients-educating, not overselling.Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership. Qualifications: Do I Have What It Takes? • Experience: 3-5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial) .• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus .• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused-someone who gets that the job is about people.• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,thrives on being part of a mission.
