What You'll Do

Responsibilities vary based on experience level but may include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, gas, and refrigeration issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete repairs safely and according to manufacturer and industry standards
• Document work using mobile software
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians as skills progress

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• HVAC education and/or field experience
• Ability to work safely in varying conditions
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to continue learning and advancing in the trade
