Job Description Job Description Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Asheville, NC
Company: Heating & Air Company
Responsibilities: This residential HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems throughout the Asheville and surrounding areas. You will service compressors and gas/electrical equipment, respond to no heat/no cool calls, and provide customers with the best repair or replacement solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced, customer-focused technician who can work independently with minimal training and deliver high-quality service on every call. This role comes with a company vehicle and gas card, and you will have the opportunity to earn additional income.
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Electrically and mechanically inclined
HVAC Certification and geothermal experience would be a huge plus
