What You'll Earn
$75,000 - $145,000+ per year

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Educate homeowners so they can make informed decisions
- Communicate with dispatch, install teams, managers, and parts department
- Keep company vehicle clean and fully stocked
- Complete paperwork accurately using mobile technology
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
