The Role

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, helping customers make informed and confident decisions regarding their home comfort and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems.

Maintain professional communication with dispatch, management, and the parts department.

Manage company vehicle inventory and ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized.

Complete all service documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.

Participate in a standard on-call rotation to support our client base.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repair.

Strong technical problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Relevant industry certifications (NATE certification preferred) or a willingness to obtain them with company support.

Preferred: Experience with CRM systems like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Service Titan.
