Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures troubleshooting maintenance and customer service. Responsibilities:Repair heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential homes.Complete service callsStrong mechanical knowledgeAbility to perform repairs on equipment as requiredHold valid driver’s license with clean driving recordTune and clean services – both regular and preventative maintenanceExtra service callsOn call for emergency service calls on nights and weekends on a rotating schedule Monday through Sunday providing 24-hour coverage.Bill customers for services providedCommunicate with customers to take care of needs/troubleshootKeep assigned service vehicle clean and stocked with provided parts and toolsDocument findings and/or unsafe conditions observedBe aware of local building codes and ordinances.Complete assigned projects on time.Job Details:$20-$35 per hour depending on experienceHealth insurance/Retirement Stipends availableTools providedPaid vacation and holidays after probation periodPaid training and required certificationsSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Service area: Mainly Waushara Marquette Green Lake Adams Portage and Waupaca counties in Wisconsin Key Skills HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,HVAC/R,Service Technician Experience,Sheet Metal,Schematics,Maintenance,Refrigeration,HVAC Design,Ductwork,Troubleshooting,Air Conditioning Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
