What You'll Do: Lead start-up and commissioning activities for commercial HVAC systems and ensure projects are completed to spec Partner with project teams and field installers to maintain quality control throughout installation and closeout Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, including pumps, VAVs, cooling towers, and VRF/VRV systems Assist with controls wiring, system setup, and equipment start-up documentation Support project closeout by completing startup reports and verifying system operation What You Bring: 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC installation, service, or commissioning Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control wiring schematics Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment, including applied systems and critical cooling environments Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and bring systems online efficiently Valid driver's license Interested in hearing more?
