Experienced HVAC Technician - Wilson, NC
Carolina Climate Group is a growing HVAC company serving Wilson and the surrounding Eastern North Carolina area. We provide heating, cooling, and air services to both residential and commercial customers, and we're building a reputation on fast response, honest work, and reliability.
We're looking for an experienced, licensed HVAC technician to lead our service work. You'll handle the technical side while we handle the business: bringing in the work, managing customers, and keeping you busy. We need someone who knows their trade, takes pride in doing the job right, and treats every customer's home or business with respect.

Requirements:
- Active NC HVAC license
- EPA 608 certification
- Experience servicing residential and commercial systems
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across major makes and models
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with customers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and emergency service calls
- Accurately assess issues and recommend the right solutions
- Provide professional, courteous service on every job
- Maintain quality, safety, and code standards on all work
