HVAC Technician (1st Shift) Multi-Pharma and Consumer Products Manufactur at Gallman Consulting

Client Information:- Announced in 2016 that the facility would hire 450 employees to continue growing its manufacturing and packaging of multi-pharma and consumer product lines.- Currently in 2024 they have over 500 employees 39 maintenance personnel and growing products to include Pedialyte OTC mouthwash hydrogen peroxide bottling/packaging lines and other consumer products.Benefits and Features:- Recruitment bonus (after 3 months/1year - $500/$1K) and PTO can roll over (accrual cap for years: 0-3 3-8 and 8 years). Pay out on unused PTO during the year capped at 5 PTO days paid out.- Medical dental vision and flexible healthcare spending account- 401K with employer match up to 4%- Tuition reimbursement (1500 a year after one year of employment)- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3pmYour role with the Company:Make necessary repairs to HVAC and refrigeration equipmentOperate metal cutting and bending machinery including shears brake presses and drill pressesAccurately read and interpret developmental blueprints and specificationsAnalyze and restore HVAC systems to normal operating conditionsTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and develop solutions to restore HVAC systems functionalityCompliance to EPA regulationsCompleting operation logs time sheets expense reports service reports work ordersPerform general tasks such as safety training meetings and planning scheduleMust maintain inventory of supplies and tool condition as well as maintaining company vehicleBackground:EPA Certification requiredMust have 3-5 years experience in Industrial RefrigerationProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and technicalmanualsPrevious production or manufacturing experience requiredFamiliarity with HVAC tools equipment and diagnostic instrumentsAbility to repair leaking HVAC equipmentAbility to work independently or as part of a teamFamiliarity with HVAC tools equipment and diagnostic instrumentsUtilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues with HVAC systemsShould posses proficiendy in Windows including Excel and WordApplicants must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving recorRequired Experience:IC Key Skills HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,HVAC/R,Service Technician Experience,Sheet Metal,Schematics,Maintenance,Refrigeration,HVAC Design,Ductwork,Troubleshooting,Air Conditioning Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
