We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Technician to join our team here at Community Property Management.

You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Some things you will need:
- Valid Driver's license and dependable vehicle.
- Availability to be on-call and assist in after hours emergency situations
- Availability to work longer hours and weekends during market turnover in June, July and August ( specific dates vary from year
- Maintain good rapport with current and prospective residents
- Regularly assess the properties for safety and preventative maintenance opportunities
