We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands phosphate mining fertilizer manufacturing farming ranching and cattle production and other enterprises related to agriculture.Summary This technician ensures efficient operation of HVAC equipment as well as associated ducting. This includes mechanical repair/maintenance lubrication filter replacement sanitation troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance of components. The technician must fully understand the purpose and operation of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.Key Responsibilities Ensure all HVAC equipment is properly maintained following Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.Manage filter replacement for all HVAC equipment based on visual instrumentation (differential pressure) or PMs.Responsible for sanitation of HVAC units and ducting. Develop and manage schedule to keep equipment/internal components clean/clear to minimize impact to facility.Troubleshoot diagnose and make repairs of HVAC equipment to prevent/minimize equipment downtime including electrical (single/three phase).Able to braze and test line sets.Able to complete the necessary EPA paperwork and proper work order documentation.Maintains Company standards for safety quality and sanitation.Perform a daily/periodic equipment inspection route.Maintain inventory level of air unit filters verifying the right style and number of filters are available for replacement when needed.Related job tasks may require with or without reasonable accommodation lifting or moving up to 50lbs frequently walking on uneven surface working in confined space climbing and standing on ladders crawling stooping kneeling bending crouching and reaching.Lift maneuver and operate hand and power equipment safely.Able to measure and install round and rectangle ductwork and all equipment accessories.Effective communication with area supervisor.Available for call outs.Typical Education High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Relevant Experience 2 years of industrial mechanical experience preferredRequired Certifications HVAC Journeyman LicenseValid Level 1 and Level 2 EPA certification (if you do not have these you must be able to obtain them within a reasonable timeframe for the start of your employment)Ability to pass pulmonary function test and obtain Respiratory CertificationOther Information Able to read and understand procedure documents drawings and diagramsBe able to lift and move heavy equipment climb ladders and work at heightsStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to organize and planAbility to work in all weather conditionsJob Requisition ID:24289Travel Required:NoneLocation(s):ABW Don Plant - PocatelloCountry:United States**The J.R.
