Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This individual will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and adherence to our company's core values: Trust, Excellence, and Family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining repair options and costs.

• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of services performed using our digital management systems.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members before, during, and after services.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on HVAC industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HVAC Technician or a Great Attitude to Learn

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and effectively communicate HVAC system issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
