We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you won't just turn wrenches-you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, diagnosing challenges, optimizing high-tech industrial machinery, and ensuring our operations run safely and smoothly.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Keep Us Moving: Install, maintain, and calibrate advanced industrial production machinery and pipeline distribution systems.

• Diagnose & Conquer: Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul defective mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Rapid Response: Respond promptly and efficiently to work order requests, prioritizing critical production needs.

• Safety First: Strictly adhere to all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and procedures to maintain a zero-incident environment.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Proven Track Record: 5 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

• Required Certification: Must hold a valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II, Type III, or Universal) for handling refrigerants.

• Strong Diagnostic Skills: Exceptional mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.

• Tool Savvy: Proficient with industrial hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.

• Physical Resilience: Ability to handle a physically demanding workload, including lifting up to e.g., 50 lbs, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Team Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a reliable, safety-first attitude.
