What You'll Do

• Supermarket, commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC and Restaurant service, maintenance, and repair calls
• Diagnose complex system issues and provide clear, confident solutions
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Communicate professionally with customers and build long-term relationships
• Perform system startups, commissioning, and equipment changeouts
• Maintain accurate job documentation, parts usage, and service notes
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years HVACR field experience (Supermarket, commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, and Restaurant preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification (required)
• Ability to lead, train, and support other technicians
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High personal standards for quality, integrity, and accountability
