We dream big but keep things simple to act fast.If you want to grow with us make an impact and shape the future of Ice Cream this is the place for you!JOB PURPOSE:The Customer Analytics Associate Manager will report to the Customer Analytics Engineering Lead and play a key role in developing and operationalizing advanced analytics and data solutions that drive commercial performance across the US Customer Development function. This role is responsible for creating engaging data visualizations building predictive modelsand developing guided analytical reports/capabilities that embed insights directly into business decision-making. Working at the intersection of data science data engineering and business strategy you will help shape Magnums analytics capabilities across promotion optimization demand forecasting assortment shopper marketing and digital commerce.You will be supported by the Data Engineering Lead and the Data Scientist Lead to ensure the seamless integration of data pipelines models and visualization solutions that bring analytics to life and accelerate sales growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a passion for storytelling and user experience translating complex data into actionable insights that empower teams and influence strategic decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into well designed and executed technology products that are embedded into daily decision-making with a focus on promotion optimization syndicated and retailer data demand forecasting shopper marketing digital commerce and sales reportingDevelop predictive and forecasting models (e.g. forecasting demand pricing promotions optimization customer/shopper behavior) that drive commercial decision-making and business performance.Collaborate with data engineering to define consistent business logic and unified data definitions consistent with how the business operates that enable self-service analytics and integration across data products.Build engaging data visualizations and guided analytical reports applying UI/UX design principles to ensure insights are intuitive accessible and actionable for business users.Contribute to data engineering workflows including data preparation pipeline optimization and integration with analytical models to support scalable high-quality data solutions.Build advanced analytics capabilities including demand forecasting promotion performance assortment optimization and shopper behavior modeling.Liase with local and global business and technology teams to define manage and enhance Magnums Customer Development analytics capabilitiesConduct advanced analytics analyses using data science machine learning and AI to uncover insights that generate tangible business valueCommunicate and deliver engaging data visualizations and data narratives that bring data to life for both technical & non-technical audiences simplifying complex concepts and enabling decision-making across commercial teams.Support the Customer Development Leadership Team (CDLT) in its achievement of key sales KPIsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 4 years of experience with cloud data platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and Databricks with strong proficiency in SQL PySpark Python and DAX for building high-performance data transformations and pipelines.Technical aptitude and the ability to lead teams toward business-value focused technology solutionsExpertise in cloud data platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and Databricks (3 years experience).Proficiency in SQL PySpark Python DAX for building high-performance data transformations & pipelines.Hands-on experience with Databricks Azure Data Factory Delta Lake Power BI Alteryx and related cloud data technologies.Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI Tableau.Strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences turning data into actionable business narratives.Intellectual curiosity and strong analytic abilityPreparedness to develop a deep understanding of business operations and needs for the Customer Development functionExcellent planning organization and project estimation skillsStrong understanding of the use and management of retailer and syndicated dataAbility to work collaboratively with cross functional teams both locally and globallyAbility to communicate and present complex topics clearly and compellingly to business stakeholdersSKILLS: Strong understanding of data science principles and data visualization approachesSolid understanding of data modelling and semantic layer design to support analytics and reporting use casesProficiency in coding languages such as Python PySpark DAX and SQLAbility to collect business requirements and translate into technical solutionsExperience using tools like Databricks Azure Data Factory Power BI and AlteryxExperience leveraging data sources such as Circana Nielsen panel data and retailer dataAbility to design intuitive and compelling front end business applicationsData Science Computer Science or study in related fieldEXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Experience creating end-to-end data analyses or capabilities for a business focused audienceExperience collecting business requirements and translating them into technology projectsExperience applying data science machine learning and AI to business problems in Consumer Goods organizationExperience working in a consumer goods organizationExperience with the use and management of retailer and syndicated data (such as Circana Nielsen)Pay: The pay range for this position is $86080 to $129120. TMICC takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Benefits: TMICC employees are eligible toparticipatein our benefits plan.
