Follow the links below for details about each location: hours are flexible to include mornings weekdays evenings weekends and holidays.For more information about the Seasonal Hiring process and application status for Montgomery County please contact.Examples of Important DutiesZamboni Operator(Starting @ $15.45/hr)Zamboni operators are responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of ice resurfacing equipment.Duties include:Ensuring all ice equipment is operationOversee daily facility maintenance and leaningComplete ice measurementsEnforce facility rules and regulationsSharpening facility rental and customer skates (training provided)Knowledge of facility schedule programs fees and policiesShould be outgoing teamwork oriented flexible and have excellent customer service skills. Additional on-site training will be provided. Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.Minimum QualificationsValid drivers license and ability to pass defensive driving course is required. Previous experience with skate sharpening and driving a Zamboni preferred. Minimum age: 18Supplemental InformationMay be subject to medical drug and alcohol testing.These positions are seasonal (part-time) and do not include benefits. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications.Allselected candidates must display excellent customer service skills.
