One CaliforniaJob Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Nursing Manager you will be a dynamic leader guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.Every day you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses oversee clinical operations and advocate for patient and team needs driving professional development and achieving unit goals.To be successful in this role you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions. Youll skillfully navigate challenges ensuring individual performance and overall unit success.Schedules nursing staff to specific shifts taking into account past utilization trends. Measures employee performance. Assists in the training of new staff members and the development of existing staff members.Coordinates the activities of the unit during a particular shift and directs organizes and assigns work to the nursing staff.Assesses monitors and educates the nursing staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis.Job RequirementsBachelors Of Science Nursing or equivalent education and experience upon hire Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experienceone (1) year of leadership experience.Registered Nurse: CABasic Life Support - CPRCritical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/AcuteRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Environmental Safety,Analysis,Autocad Design,Import & Export,BI,Financial Management Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
