Unless required by legislation or union contract starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1 currently $30.55 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. This position will act as a lead among a team of Information Technologists 1 by helping identify high priority or specialized service this role you will interact with a wide variety of customers departments and teams.Typical duties include but are not limited to:Assist users experience ID and Access problems and difficultiesIdentify issues and enter tickets to appropriate departments for resolutionIdentify potential fraud situationsTrack status of active issuesOrganize and prioritize tickets and ensure service level agreements are metCompile results summarize information and report to managementEnsure best practices are followed maintain proper documentationSchedule:Full-timeHours:Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.
