About the CompanySeeking an IFS Administrator and Integrations Specialist to support our active Apps 10 Upgrade 20 to Cloud migration. This role focuses on Finance and Supply Chain modules, system administration, integration development, and post-acquisition consolidation.About the RoleThis role focuses on Finance and Supply Chain modules, system administration, integration development, and post-acquisition consolidation.ResponsibilitiesIFS AdministrationSupport Apps 10 Upgrade 20 to Cloud migration (testing, configuration, deployment)Administer Finance and Supply Chain modules with emphasis on multi-entity configurationsManage user security, roles, permissions, contexts, and account sharing structuresDevelop custom fields, events, screens, tabs, RMBs using Build Place/Use PlaceCreate workflows, projections, and custom event actionsManage lobbies, dashboards, Quick Reports, Business Reporter, Power BI, WebFocusConfigure mobile applications using Novacura FlowDevelop UAT scripts and coordinate testingLead data cleanup and system optimization initiativesIntegration DevelopmentManage existing integration portfolio (Design integrations using IFS Connect, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware platforms)Develop solutions using Dell Boomi, Novacura, or similar iPaaS toolsCreate data synchronization between Oracle and SQL Server databasesBuild custom event actions and automation workflowsSupport integration rationalization and ERP cleanup projectsDevelop ETL processes for analytics platformsMaintain documentation, data mappings, and specifications Strategic SupportPartner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to translate requirementsInterface with VP/C-level stakeholders on system initiativesLead Cloud migration testing and UAT developmentSupport post-acquisition system consolidationDevelop technical documentation and architecture diagramsDrive process improvements and optimization QualificationsBachelor's degree in CS, IS, or equivalent experience4+ years IFS Apps 10 or Cloud administrationStrong Finance and Supply Chain module expertiseIntegration development using APIs, web services, middlewareStrong PL/SQL and SQL for Oracle (package/procedure development)Experience with IFS Connect, Dell Boomi, Novacura, or similarCustom IFS component development (fields, events, screens, APIs)Strong IFS data model and architecture knowledgeExecutive-level communication skillsExcellent technical documentation abilities Required SkillsIFS certificationApps 10 Upgrade 20 to Cloud migration experiencePost-acquisition consolidation and multi-entity configurationAccount sharing structures and complex data modelsBuild Place/Use Place and Developer StudioUAT script development and testing coordinationNovacura Flow mobile developmentPython, C#, or PowerShell scriptingProjection development and custom event actionsWebFocus, Crystal Reports, advanced Power BIERP cleanup and integration rationalization projectsFinance and Supply Chain leadership engagement Preferred SkillsIFS Apps 10 Upgrade 20/CloudOracle Database (PL/SQL), SQL ServerREST/SOAP APIsDell Boomi, Novacura, MuleSoftIFS Developer Studio, Build Place/Use PlaceIFS Connect, Quick Reports, Business ReporterPower BI, WebFocus, Crystal ReportsPython, PowerShell, JavaScriptETL and data migrationXML/JSON transformation
